I received a call from Shine.com offering a paid service for job seekers. The initial payment was ₹*,*** (excluding GST), which I was told would cover the entire process. However, after the first payment, I was informed there were two services—verification and processing—and asked to pay ₹*,*** more. I was told this would be split into two invoices and needed to be completed to proceed. I paid ₹*,*** in total for background and certification verification.

Following this, I was asked to share the last * digits of the transaction, and then suddenly told that another payment was required. They introduced a new service—resume writing and job support—and the invoice showed ₹**,***. I explicitly asked if this would be the final payment. I was clearly told yes, this is the last payment until I get a job. Based on this assurance, I paid.

Shortly after, I was again asked for another payment of ₹**,*** for something called “Job on Move” service, which I was never informed about earlier. At this point, I realized this is a pattern of deception and manipulation. The entire interaction was misleading, stressful, and clearly intended to extract as much money as possible through fraudulent and unclear communication.

I am now demanding a full refund of all the payments made under this scheme. The Shine.com relationship manager involved in this was reachable at +** **-********, where the misleading conversation took place. This is a serious case of consumer exploitation and must be addressed immediately.
