JAWA MOTORCYCLES - Severe rusting issue in vehicle

Rusting issue in my jawa bike and paints are peeling off the surface.
Both the exhaust of the bike is heavily damaged and irreparable. One of them developed an irregular shaped hole and crack in it while other is at the same stage of developing hole.
One more persistent issue which has not been solved from the first day of the bike that is overheating problem.
After repetative complaint to service centre as well as to customer care support no help provided , how to get rid off it?
I am managing the overhating problem and will manage it but this SEVERE RUST IN EXHAUST PIPE is unacceptable from the company.
Rust issues are being faced by many of the jawa users as they have posted their photos and videos on social media handles.
