Jawa Motorcycles - Faulty machine privided by company

I am Pranaya Prasun Pradhan, owner of jawa fortytwo BS * nebula blue, purchesed in **th October ****. My bike started showing some issues with the engine after using **/** days of
purchesing. So i took my bike to service center at that time. And service person told that, sir this the normal sound, and assured me not to worry. And i rode my bike till *st service.
I did *st service and continued riding. Later i saw some engine oil leaking from the section of engine's head. So i took my bike service station again, and that time also i informed them
that my bike's engine sound is irritating alot, and the sound is not normal. But they fixed my oil leaking from head section, and again told that, your engine performig well and that
sound is normal, and suggested that not worry. After comming back from the service center, when i ride my bike i got irrited with the engine's noise everytime. I took the bike */*
times to the service center and again got the same answer. In *nd servicing time again they pay attaintion to my issue and during *nd servicing they changed the tensioner and timing
chain. Here I want to let you know that during changing the timing chain and tensioner the servicing persian failed * times to set the engine properly and that time the bike's engine
was making louder noise, but finally in the *rd attempt with the help of *nd person they set the engine. But later after riding some ** - ** kilometers I got the same irritating noise
from the engine and also felt some power drop and also saw less mileage(I was getting ** kml in city riding before *nd service). I got irrited with the nise of my bike everytime when
ever i ride my bike. I did my *rd service with the noise, again i informed the problem like always i get the same answer, sir your bike's engine sound is normal. But in *th servicing
time the service manager kept my bike under observation and told that, yes sir your bike's engine has some issue, and they will try to fix the problem, If they faild then they can't
nothing. And as they said again they changed the timing chain, tensioner and adjusted the sim technology and called me to take back. But after taking back again i am getting same
irritating noise, and i feeling that my issue still has not resolved. So therefore I am requesting you to take my complaint seriously.
