Jawa Motorcycles - Complaint Regarding Jawa Bobber Unresolved Issues Despite Repeated Followups

Summary of Issues:
*. Suspension Problem: The issue started just ** days after purchase. Despite multiple follow-ups, it took approximately ** days for the dealer to provide a solution, which involved replacing the suspension.
*. Heating Issue: Within *–* months, the bike started heating abnormally. The dealer kept the bike in their workshop for around * days; although the problem seemed resolved temporarily, the fan speed remains unchanged, and the bike often struggles during long routes.
*. Starting/Engine Signal Problem: After *–* months, the bike began showing an engine signal error (sensor issue). Even after repeated follow-ups and keeping the bike at the workshop for several days, the issue persists—the bike still shuts down automatically after starting.
Each time, excuses are given such as “senior technician not available” or “required parts not in stock.” Even after contacting your toll-free customer care number, no concrete solution or follow-up has been provided.
It has now been almost a year since the purchase, and I am still facing these same problems. I am extremely disappointed with the service quality and lack of accountability.
