My Jawa ** is in breakdown condition due to manufacturing defect in Chain Tensioner Jawa admit and recall bikes of **** model but I didn't get any information about recall now my bike broke down but even after complaining again and again Jawa is not listening, they are not taking responsibility for their manufacturing failures , They also promised on-site service but now they are even denying for that. If there is manufacturing fault in bike then why it shouldn't be companies responsibility to change it.

No action taken yet , Even no Jawa employee tried to contact with me only dealer is sweeping their hands.
