Jawa Motorcycles - RC NOT PUNCHED DELAY APPROX A MONTH

Dear Sir/Mam,
We were purchased bike JAWA PERAK on Oct-****, as i want fancy number then i applied the same and amount of **,*** given to dealership on **-Mar-****. but till Today after completing near by month they were not punched my RC. overall * months from purchase my bike's RC tax and documents not uploaded by Dealer, more then six month i am till unable to take my bike anywhere due to this issue. after payment completed why they were not punched and upload my RC
