Change of box, from HD receiving box to a Recorder Box. At the time of installation, the charges included all fittings and installations, these charges were duly paid. All the equipment which was supposed to be changed was not done. The fact that it was not done came to our knowledge only when the tv stopped working and the technician who came to repair informed me that the receiving tool [LLP] was not changed. The LLP as per usual norms is to be fixed on the dish when the box is changed. So, in this case, the LLP for recorder box was not installed at all. The technician informed that the receiving tool with the dish is still the same which was fixed with the HD box and this was the reason why the tv had stopped working. Technician asked for Rs. ****/- for installing the new LLP. I was informed that as per tata sky records the LLP was changed, which was not the case. When I asked for the records the customer support lady disconnected the phone and after which canceled my service request. [No. WO#***VNPD*]. After which on continuous calls, I did not receive any information, nor did anybody from tata Sky return my call. I called again and they don't even have the information as to when I got my set top box upgraded. Since January, Tata sky works on and off and when I ask them to rectify it, they ask for Rs. ****.
