Hi, I was asked to come to an hotel for an gift coupon where they brain washed me and asked me to pay ***,*** for the ** years of membership . It happened on *th march **** . next day of payment i requested to cancel the membership and they are not doing the same even though agreement says the same . finally they said you can degrade the plan to * years then we will refund ***** after deducting for the membership. It was agreed on August **** and still not received the refund. i am following up everyday and they are giving only generic response. please help me
