Praveen filed complaint against Videocon D2h on Feb 26, 2019
I have * tv connections of Videocon with same customer id but * separate dishes. I opted for mirror platinum plan for both the tv. But I got the plan for only one tv. Then I tried to complain about the issue for both plans has changed on its own and only Hindi channels are coming. Several times made the complaint but no response from Videocon. From past ** days, no channel in coming and I paid the ****rs subscription but I didn't get it. My complaint number is ********* and ********* from Videocon d*h. I request you to solve the problem.
