Shravani filed complaint against Eureka Forbes Aquaguard on Jan 29, 2024
We had a filter issue, water was not coming so I’ve called the customer service of eureka Forbes and filed a complaint. They asked me to pay the GOlD AMC which will include motor, filter and service charges and the technician would immediately that is within ** hours would fix the issue. So I made the payment and called the assigned technician. Now the technician says he needs approvals and he also mentioned that we should have made the AMC amount to him directly instead to the company directly. Now when I call the customer service they only say within ** hours the technician would definitely come and we have escalated to the backed team or something. I’ve raised the complaint on **th January and today is **th January. We had to buy water from outside daily and also the customer service call is chargeable which is again a loss for me. The escalation team of eureka Forbes is always busy either having lunch, or not available or taking call with customer. Not sure which other customers they are attending when they don’t have time to take my call after having called them for atleast ** times.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
