I have been using a broadband service of "SPIDIGO" for the last * years. Recently on **/**/****, I have renewed my internet plan for * year. It is just around ** days, they are not giving me internet connection since last ** days. Also, they are not available on their customer care number. If I reach to them after lots of trial on phone call they are saying only * line "your problem will be solved within a day". I have made complaints to them many times but no action has been taken yet. Please help us. I have made online payment to activate plan so I don't have receipt of the same. They are not giving me the same. The second problem is the validity date of my plan. They are not giving me full *** days validity for what the plan has been activated. Their employees are also cheating with people. Please help.
