I have a Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner. Its dirt collecting bag got torn. The Eureka Forbes representative Mr.Rajeev, Phone no.********** promised to replace it and suggested annual maintenance contract which I agreed to and paid him Rs.****/, vide receipt no.***, on **th Dec. ****. After follow up with him for * months and not getting any response, I lodged a complaint with their customer support on ** the June vide complaint no.**********. I waited for * days and again wrote to them on **st June. This time they gave me a follow-up number (**********). I again wrote to them on June **. This time they again gave me a follow-up no.( *********). Nothing was done. On **th June a got a call from the local office from Madam Sapna ( *******) and I told her that my problem still persist. On *th July one Mr.Chetan called (**********), again on **th July Madam Sapna called, On **th August Madam Seema called from ******* and gave me the number of the top executive in Jaipur Mr.Ajay Tyagi whom I promptly called (**********) but still no action. I again called Mr.Chetan on **th Sept and called Mr. Tyagi too.
Now I request you to Please ask Eureka Forbes to refund my AMC amount when for over ** months they are not providing any services.
