LG - Service not Providing after AMC

I have taken AMC from LG. I have lodged a complaint on **.**.** and my I have make a service request on my MY AMC dated **.**.** . Till date I have not received any Service on the same. Also Customer service centre telling request raised on **.**.** whether I have added my Whatsapp detail. RNP ************ is the complaint no.
