Inspite of multiple tickets since June for PE error for washing machine, the service centre is denying to resolve the issue permanently.
I raised a new ticket on **th August for same error but ticket has been cancelled.
I received below message "Dear LG Customer, We took utmost effort to complete your Request RNP************ but unfortunately not able to complete hence cancelling your request without any charges. For any support use https://lg-chatbot.com/web/il?locale=en_IN"
I had raised concern earlier as well for misbehavior by service center owner but no action was taken.

The ticket raised today is again cancelled.
Note : I had received call from +** ********** at *:** pm and person told that he would be coming in **st August around **:** pm but I have again received ticket cancellation notification!
