Dear LG Customer Relations Team,
I am writing to formally escalate my ongoing complaint regarding my LG refrigerator, which I purchased in **** MODEL NO GC -B***SLUV SERIAL NO -**TRBS*N***. Despite multiple service calls, the issue remains unresolved to this day.
Timeline of events:
• ** May **** – Raised a service call (Call No. RNP************) for low cooling and freezer not working. A technician visited after a week and informed me that spare parts needed to be ordered.
• Following weeks – Despite repetitive follow-ups and multiple escalations, there was no update or resolution.
• ** June **** – The call was closed after spare part replacement, and a happiness code was shared. However, on the very same day, I discovered the issue was NOT resolved.
• ** June **** – Raised a second service call (Call No. RNP************) for the same unresolved issue.
It has now been over * weeks since my first complaint, with no lasting fix. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability from LG's service contract agency and the absence of an alternate service solution.
I request the following at the earliest:
*. Immediate inspection by a senior/certified LG technician (not the same agency)
*. A clear commitment on resolution timeline
*. If unresolvable, replacement of the unit or appropriate compensation
I expect a response within ** hours. Failing this, I will be compelled to escalate to the consumer forum.
