Lg - AC repair Gas leaked within one year after purchasing

Hi sir I have purchased a AC last year now I booked a AC service the engineer said the gas has been leaked before completion of one year and said another technician will visit in next ** hours after raising the complaint on *th of April it's been so many days no engineer have been visited or called me. Complaint number RNP************ I have called on your multiple numbers and raised a escalation no solution have been offered after multiple times calling to the customer service they are just saying the technician we'll call in next ** hours My AC is still in warranty next month warranty Will elapsed I'm really frustrated pls do something and solve the issue ASAP.
