Videcon D2H - Service not provided

I have recharged for Omni HD pack from the month of December **** to November ****.
But I am unable to view many of channel from few days from *th April **** to till date ** April ****.
I called so many times to customer services but I do not get any satisfied answer from them and finally, they not attending my phone from my registered number and also from another number. Please respond as soon as possible.
