Eureka Forbes Aquaguard - SERVICE NOT PROVIDED ON TIME

I had booked a Service on **/**/**** as my water purifier is not working and requested to change the filters. For that, I had purchased an AMC through "EUREKA FORBES" which is valid for one year only from the date of purchase. And I have paid **** rupees for the same. It took nearly two months to visit the technician. I had lost my two months of manual maintenance plan without being using my water purifier. I have complained to Eureka Forbes multiple times by sending mail but they are not responding to my complaints. I requested them to extend my AMC warranty for * months, but they denied to extend my warranty. Kindly help me to get back my money.
