Videocon D2h - Service not provided and rude behaviour

Have shifted my house and raised a request for relocation of d*h antenna, got an sms also confirmation from d*h customer care team that it will be resolved within **hrs however its *days still no call no sms no update. When i tried reaching them out, firstly they responded and were so busy in chit chatting with others that they dint knew customer call in on active and after *mnts of call they disconnected. Later when i called again, a bitch representative responded and didn't greeted just asked bataiyeh... I said dont u have gone through training phase where u should greet your customer, she confirmed no Greetings will be given to anyone.
