Purchased * years Dr Aqua guard AMC from Eureka Forbes with condition that they provide * minimum service in every * months. But in *.* years they provide only * services that too after making so many calls to the service centre. One of the worst service providers, keep tossing issue from one person to another. The service providers in Jammu says that the complaint is wrongly allocated to them and the service call centre says your matter will be resolved in ** hours. Don't know when that ** hours will over from Eureka Forbes as they might be following some different types of clocks. I complained to them on ** January **** and today is ** January. Worst product and worse service. Hope others will learn from my mistake and avoid purchasing Eureka Forbes products.
