Hathway Broad band - service not given

i got a call from hathway about new connection ; i agreed for there offer and asked them to give the connection ,than i told them to check the connectivity in that area,i told them to check twicw after checking everything they told that there is a availability of network,they told me to pay the amount of Rs.***and they promised connection will be activated that day only . next day around **am the techinicial comes there and he tells there is no connectivity here. these type cheating activities takes place in hathway.and now they tell refund will take ** days. what is this really frustarating to the customer , when i call the call centre they cut the call
