PolicyBazaar - Service not delivered multiple and unnecessary requests for documentation already submitted

I have purchased Bajaj Long Life Insurance Policy on PolicyBazaar on On *th May ****. with Booking ID: *********. I have immediately uploaded all the necessary documentation after purchase. Which is Adhaar Card, PAN Card, Selfie Photo, Passport and Bank Statement. I have also sent an email to Mr. Nithin Mehtani with all the documentations again after I receive his email and also I re-uploaded all the documents in the portal But despite submitting all the documents on time and immediately my policy was not issued and I am being harassed by policy bazaar with multiple calls and emails. Despite submitting documentations more than * times the policy was not issued.
