Today **/**/**** I registered a complaint in eureka fobes that the water purifier is not working and today I had booked a slot of *pm-*pm but i waited till **pm but no one came, I called the eureka fobes helpline number twice and they said Your purifier will be repaired today but no resolution has been received from their side and we are facing a lot of problems without drinking water.
I request you to please resolve this matter..so that the customer is not kept in the dark like this.
