Videocon D2h - Service not activated after recharge of Rs. 430 -

My name is Sarveshwar Chouhan, I had a Videocon d*h connection, my connection details are mention below Customer name: Sarveshwar Chouhan Customer ID: ********* The issue is that I have recharged Rs.***/- on **/**/**** against the selected channels at their website. but till date, the service is not activated and also money deducting, balance till showing Rs. ***/- but not showing any channels, After too many calls in Customer Care no. (**********) " they told me every time your service will be resumed on * Hours, But till the time, not any service activated. My TV is closed from two days, and I have a lot to call in Customer care but not get any positive response. Please file my complaint and solve this issue with refund my deducted money.
