Dharmalingam filed complaint against Videocon D2h on Aug 13, 2019
I complained my D*h is showing the signal not available problem on *-Aug-****. They sent one person to fix that issue. I paid the amount of Rs. *** cash to that person. After a few days in my d*h account, they deducted money Rs. *** for that service also my channels are disconnected. I called customer care and asked they told me that person not updating that amount which is given by me in their portal so we deduct money from your account. How this is my problem? Without any notification they disconnected my channel till now they are not activating my channels. If you want to view channels you should recharge your account like that they said.
