I recharged my Videocon d*h set-top box through paytm for the annual subscription of the new diamond package on *-Dec-**** (before due date **-Dec-****). Since last many days, there appeared continuous popup messages of 'subscription and recharge due to alert' and suddenly since last *-* days, I am unable to see any channel i.e. service was discontinued without any reason. The customer care number is - *********. I tried to contact all sorts of sms numbers, customer care numbers, etc. several times but either they were not getting connected or there was no resolution of the issue faced. I request for full refund of my annual subscription amount so that I can buy another service as I am completely disturbed with this experience and least hopeful of any resolution or attention to my issue from d*h videocon team. I am a customer of Videocon d*h since past few years and always have a smooth experience with timely annual recharges and nice broadcasting experience but since last few months, the issues are going beyond an acceptable limit. Please help for the refund. Thanks.
