Outgoing facility of my JIO number ********** have been discontinued without any prior notice. After discontinuation of the same at around **:** am on **.**.****, i received a warning message in the morning on same day at around *:** am which is re-produced as below
" we noticed that your Jio Number ********** is being misused to make abnormally high number of outgoing calls. This is a violation of the terms and condition under which the services are being provided. Please take immediate action to discontinue such misuse, failing which your free voice services on this number will be curtailed/discontinued without any further notice." which is completely injustice to customers.
it is pertinent to mention here that jio telecom is providing unlimited calling on recharge of Rs.***/- which i have done in the last week of June-**** but outgoing facility is discontinued on my above said number without any prior notice. on being asked it was stated by JIO Telecom that i have abnormally used outgoing facility. on being asked about time restrictions/limitations for outgoing facility they have not given satisfactory reply. Thus, i am confused that upto what extent should i use outgoing facility so that my outgoing facility should not be discontinued by jio telecom.
In view of the above it is requested that jio telecom may be directed to clarify the things in the interest of customers and my outgoing services may be resumed at the earliest & to take proper action/decision against jio telecom for default in service without any notice and harassing customers.
i am enclosing extracts of e-mail between myself and jio care in support of my complaint.
