Royal Enfield - Service complaint against Kaytee Automobiles

I have Royal Enfield Thunderbird *** cc. I have purchased this bike from Monga Motors Panipat (Haryana). With Reference of Invoice No.SPI*************,SLI*************.
Job Card No. RJ*************.
On *rd April ****, I went to Kaytee Automobiles Mahipalpur, Vasant Kunj Road New Delhi-****** for servicing my bike. While submitting the bike I told the supervisor that I have recently changed the engine oil of my bike just run *** km after that just check the engine oil level.
While doing service the mechanic taken out all the oil without informing me. Moreover which I told the mechanic why he has taken out the oil if there is nothing mentioned regarding the change of oil. Then he told me he can refill the same oil which was taken out. He further added that the dust in oil utensil is settled down. If the same oil in poured in the bike I think it will affect the engine and if it got affected who will the responsible? If any mistake is done by them then they should apologize by changing the oil but nothing has happened. I did not take the risk and tell them to change the engine oil, unnecessary I bear the expense.
People went to authorized service centres for getting good service as they trust the company’s name. But after such instances, I would like to visit in non-authorized service centres.
After getting the bike serviced then the mechanic taken the bike for washing to out centre but unfortunately, the got my bike without being a wash. My experience is worst, I would not recommend anyone to visit again. I need a refund of the amount mentioned in the bill.
