Vikram ghanwat filed complaint against Videcon D2H on Aug 18, 2019
I had called to d*h customer care person and I asked antena charges then they told me antena charges is *** (including technician charges) I did two times call to them and asked again how much I need to pay for new antena? They said only ₹ *** will charged. But after antena replaced videocon d*h is demanding ₹*** it's totally Redeculace because I paid technician charge Rs *** and they are asking to us do recharge of *** it's mean they are chared me Rs *** ,if that is real price of antena then why not they told before, why I pay for their employees mistake.
