Hi This Is Regarding My Samsung M** Mobile.service Center And Customer Care Are Refusing To Use Warrenty And Asking Me To Pay Money For The Mother Board Issue.I went to laksmi enterpise samsung service Center located in kothagudem bhadradri kothagudem district.samsung service center guys diagnosed the problem incorrectly at firt and told the problem is due to charging pin and Wrote It As Liquid Damage Even Though I Refused That The Phone Never Felt In Water They Said That Charging Pin Is With Little Rust And It Might Have Formed Due To Sweat And Told Me That I Need To Pay **** Rupees For It So I Agreed To Pay ****.But Later They Found It Is Motherboard Damage Which Is The Actual Issue I Used The Phone Just For ** Months And There Is No Liquid Damage Suddenly The Mobile Stopped Charging.I Have The Warrenty But They Are Asking Me To Pay For The Motherboard Damage Which They Didn't Check At First.They Cancelled My Service Request Because I Refused To Pay The Money For The Motherboard Change
