Byjus - Service Cancellation

Hello,
We opted for Byju's three-year course & during the initial discussion, their executive provide lots of false information (which we don't know that time) & we believe his words & got agreed to take that course, just after using it for a week we found not suitable for my son and I called the Byjus Mentor for cancellation. The mentor fwd this to the Cancellation team. From there one representative called me and said my cancellation reason is not valid? and refused to cancel it. Instead she told me to take some discount and continue the service, which I refused, and send her a cancellation email with all the details. But she did not reply. And from there still not a good response from them for the same.
