Peppefry - Serious Grievance on my Order

Hi,

I had placed an order for Almirah on **th May **** (Kosmo Apex * Door Wardrobe in Frosty White Finish with Mirror) at Pepperfry at Sector V, Salt Lake City, Kolkata.

On **st May ****, they delivered the same and did the unpacking of the box. The delivery person said that the installation person will come and do the installation. Today, i.e. **rd May **** when the installation person came to install they found that some planks are missing. The installation person has reported and we have also informed Pepperfry at Sector V, Salt Lake City, Kolkata store but didn't receive a suitable response from them.

Now my concerns / queries to Pepperfry:-
*. I have already disposed my old Almirah and I have shortage of spaces to keep our clothes and other stuff, so by when by Almirah is going to get installed
*. What about the missing planks?
*. We will not be in town (Kolkata) from **th May **** to *th June ****.
*. If I don't don't get it rectified by **th May **** then I want to revoke my order.
