Peppefry - Delivered the broken product 1 month before but still no resolution is taken

We are really disappointed with Pepperfry response and service. The product got delivered on *nd May **** and we got a damaged chair. The replacement process still pending. To whom I need to beg. I am getting very much bad response from Pepperfry side. We are feeling like, it’s our mistake as we received a damaged product. Even though the item is having * year warranty Pepperfry are not able to replace the damaged one chair which delivered. Pepperfry is responsible to replace the damaged one right.
As we ordered the items from Ujjain studio, we approached Ruchi who is an employee there. I told her that we will meet directly at studio to resolve the issue and planned to meet on last Saturday (**.**.****) in which she agreed also. But, she didn’t show up and also we tried to call her so many times after reaching the studio, but she didn’t even pick up the phone. During that time another employee was there at studio whose name is Abhishek. We requested to find a solution for this replacement. But he reacted in opposite way and avoided, he told that he is helpless he can’t do anything you must take refund like that. We didn’t accepted it but after sometime he called another outside person who is not an employee of Pepperfry and told us to go out from studio. Myself and my wife got frightened as we were thinking how an outsider can involve and told us to go out. What safety is Pepperfry are providing to the customers? What’s happening in Ujjain studio? These irresponsible employees are handling a firm who has no idea about products and how to deal with customer also how to deal an issue!!!
I shared only a part of my experience with Pepperfry. This is my first order with you and yet experienced a lot from Pepperfry's service. I hope from this you might have understood the situation I am facing. Immediately replace the damaged chair as early as possible. Also, we are demanding the compensation for the the delay of replacement, frightened experience from Ujjain studio and a very bad service from Pepperfry 's end which disturbed me and my family’s mental peace and us inconvenient.
