Peppefry - got cheated partial refund instead of full amount

Hi, I have purchased * sets of curtains for * windows in my room from Pepperfry. I got * defective set and since they don't have an option for exchange, like other big platforms, and no option for partial return, I sent back the whole order - * sets, what else could I do? I need the same curtains for both windows. So they have received * sets back, bur refunded for only * I clammed be defective? It looks like stealing from me... I had * conversations over the phone and none of them solved the problem.
