I RECEIVED DEFECTED PRODUCT AND SHARED ALL PICTURE WIT CC TEAM BUT NOT GETTING ANY RESPOND FROM THEM. LAT WEEK I RAISED COMPLAINT AGAIN AND AGAIN THEY ARE GIVING ME TIMELINE ONLY
