Order no *********. Furniture not delivered on time and they are not even attempting resolution. I demanded refund to which they said system won’t allow them to take any kind of refund or resolution action today. Utter disregard to customer’s need of getting the item delivered on time. I had planned to travel the next day and now since the delivery isn’t certain, it has messed up my plan and hurt me financially and mentally as well. I need refund !
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
