Amity university Noida - Semester fee did not get from Amity University

My daughter cancelled admission BA economics in **** in Amity University.
As per UGC covid guide line Amity University have to refund fee but they are not refunding even UGC notice.
Please find attach UGC notice for your reference. I would appreciate your help.
