Amazon India - Self Shipment Money not refunded and Misbehavior of Amazon Leadership team

I have ordered Mattress on *th Nov **** from Amazon order# ***-*******-******* which was delivered to me on **th Nov **** and as the product was not as per my expectations I have requested return same day, however as per Amazon it is seller fulfilled product so i myself need to return the product and shipment charges will be refunded from amazon.
Since i had self returned the product and now from last * days I am chasing for refund with Amazon and seller, as everyday i am making call to Amazon but they are not providing me resolution and have not refunded the money yet.
Now i have received call from Jitendra who is Leadership team in Amazon regarding my concern and he misbehaved with me in end of the call and abuse me for asking an explanation regarding fake promises and resolution which his team members had provided to me earlier.
As now I am concerned about my money and type of behavior which Amazon team is doing.
