Colive Garnet Hyderabad - Security Deposit not being refunded and Extra Illegal Charges are being levied by Colive

I had vacated the Hyderabad property of Colive with proper notice and check out request. I followed all the procedures they asked of me in their Rental agreement which I signed given to me by their team at starting of my stay. After vacating, now they are asking me to pay Extra amount because of some policies mentioned in their handbook which I did not sign and was not given to me also. Colive is trying to extract Extra Illegal charges from me and withholding my deposit amount.
