I discontinued my internet services on **th feb **** and my router was picked up on **th feb **** but i am still waiting for the refund of my security deposit. I regularly calling the company for the refund but they are giving excuse and saying that your amount will be transfered next day again and again. According to the company policy they have to transfer the security deposit with in * working days after device pickup but i am still waiting for the refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
