**Complaint Against Comway Broadband for Repeated Internet Connectivity Failure**
I am a customer of Comway Broadband and have been facing continuous internet connectivity issues for several days. Despite raising multiple complaints with the company, the problem remains unresolved.

The company repeatedly registered complaints and assured resolution, but the internet service either remained unavailable or the issue reoccurred shortly after being marked as resolved.
Due to the non-functional broadband connection, I have suffered inconvenience in my professional work, online meetings, job-related activities, and daily internet usage. I have spent considerable time following up with customer support, but no permanent solution has been provided.
This constitutes a deficiency in service and failure to provide the service for which payment has been made.
I request the following relief:
*. Immediate restoration of stable internet service.
*. Refund/credit adjustment for the period during which the service was unavailable.
*. Compensation for the inconvenience caused by repeated service failures and lack of effective resolution.
*. Written assurance regarding measures taken to prevent recurrence of such issues.
I am attaching screenshots of complaint tickets, service notifications, and communication records as evidence.
I request Voxya to intervene and help resolve this matter at the earliest.
