I applied for comway broadband connection on **th September. Company send its executive and I submitted all the documents and payed rupees ****(**** installation charges and **** * months internet charges) to him. He promised to install wifi connection to my residence within ** hrs but its been * days and they haven't installed it till now and their executive is not picking up call. I also complained this matter to their customer support but they also didn't do anything till now. No body from their company is doing anything to help us.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
