I switched to Comway last month hoping it would be stable overall, I didn't expect much from them but the internet after first **-** days usage is just horrible. Apart from speed which is mostly only good in peered websites, the connection stability which is even worse compared to mobile hotspot.
The connection I have is *** Mbps allegedly which isn't consistent on every website specially those with servers outside India. Ping within India is bearable but once it leaves our region it just gets worse and worse.
I asked for a few days trial before opting for the service. They entrapped me by giving a stable connection for first few days which has now turned into this mess.
I have attached the evidence of internet being even horrible than a mobile data connection which is just not expected from a Broadband service.
In my evidence I have used cloudflare dns to make it easy to understand. Average time to ping their DNS (*.*.*.*) is **ms in Asian continent. But in comway its ***ms which is thrice the average of asia. In my airtel mobile data its **ms average. Result: connection stability of comway is thrice as worse than a mobile data.
Whole point of this example is to prove that its impossible to game on their connection, Video calls drops occasionally, literally impossible to watch youtube livestreams, Quality on streaming services like hotstar,voot etc fluctuates from best to worse in interval.
I am not asking for the whole amount that I paid but the difference that they owe me for this horrible internet service.
