Comway broadband - Internet Service Provider didn t resolved my internet offline issue

It's been * months since I'd intalled Comway broadband in my home in Kanpur. At first, I didn't faced any internet issues but after * month passed, I started facing a lot of issues with Comway Broadband. I had faced *-* times Internet offline issues in this month. Sometimes it went offline for a couple of minutes and sometimes for hours. But today it went too far.Today, i.e. **th September, ****, I was doing some important work on web and my Broadband Internet went offline from *pm. I waited for * hours because Comway tells me to wait for at least * hours as the technical team is working in resolving such Internet issues. At *pm, I called Comway executive and he told that he'd raised my complaint and technical department will contact me in * hour. After * hours waiting, the technical department didn't call me and at *pm, I called Comway again and the executive told me that he'd raised a reminder for this complaint and to wait for * hour again. After * hour, I didn't received any call from technical department, so, for the third time, I called Comway, and the executive told me that they are having trouble in cooperating with the technical department and the technical team will try to resolve my issue after ** am tomorrow i.e. **th September, ****.
