NMAT by GMAC - SCORE ERROR

I have taken NMAT by Gmac retake * on ** january **** and after exam i got score of ** in quantitative aptitude section . As per NMAT by Gmac ** is the minimum marks in NMAT **** - **** exam , so i got doubt and checked with test center team they said this is a technical error from nmat side so please contact nmat by gmac technical support team and when i called them , they asked me to mail nmatsupport@gmac.com , i did that but no reply . I dropped nearly * mails but no reply . When i again called helpline for help they are being rude and they are cutting my calls .
