Ordered a pair of crocs slipper worth close to ****Rs at
https://www.ajio.com/crocs-classic-perforated-croc-sliders/p/************?user=old
Received an aqualite version of the same slipper with the MRP on them listed as close to ***Rs, but with the hanger and tags of crocs. Clearly meant to be a scam as opposed to the mistake or they wouldn't have switched the tags.
Returned the product for refund on the very same day. After a month of waiting, they returned the same aqualite slippers saying refund won't be possible because it is a non-ajio product.
They have yet to respond to any of my followup emails.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
