This is regarding my Samsung Inverter AC which is currently not working due to some internal issue, I have got the inspection done and the engineer says that the fault is internal and does not fall in warranty anymore. I have been using this AC for * years now and I am highly unsatisfied by the services / products provided by samsung.
Also the installation was done very poorly by Samsung employees.
I have got the AC repair *-* times and always during this season when the temperature is too high. I have not been able to enjoy the product purchased in a continuity. There has been no use of us buying such an unsatisfactory product from such reputed company.
Here I request to the team to get the repairs done at no extra cost as we have already spent double the amount of the product towards its installations/repairs.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
