Samsung - Samsung Watch 6 Classic Defective product

I recently bought a Samsung watch * Classic LTE version on August **. I assigned vodafone ESim to use the LTE in the watch. When i use LTE the watch gets hot and goes into Airplane mode and this happens every few minutes which makes it unsuable while using LTE. I raised this issue and wanted to return the product as i cannot use LTE. i was asked to visit the service center and they raised a job sheet detailing the issue i had. I have talked to customer care until now and did not get any positive results. they are saying this is a feature and not and issue. so Basically i bought a watch with LTE but cant use it and Samsung says this is a feature and make a fool out of the customer. I am very disappointed with the poor service and taking customers for granted.
