I have Samsung washing machine */*kg, I bought this in September **** my machine still in warranty, machine was not working from *july,I called Samsung customer care and lodged a complaint, service adviser come home and told me we need to change some * parts and ur machine will work properly, on* july he comes with * part, I asked him why r u carry only * one part then he say I received only *part for ur machine, then he assemble that part and machine doesn’t work then he told me give me some time iwll come with one more part then he come on**july with another part but still machine not working , then he talk with his madam she said me make a video of ur machine problem and send me,then I do that she says,I call her on ** july but she is not answering my phone calls,then he man comes on ** july with another part but still same problem shows, my machine not work, after I mailed the ceo of Samsung customer support on**july then I got a cll from their (ceo) team they told me wll solve ur problem as soon as possible, they ask me their repair service centre number I gave him those numbers & he called her and she was not accepting his calls also, I was surprised then he told me, give me *-* days to solve ur problem, then the repair man comes with a faulty part on **july , and he again take a video and told me give me mor *-* days to new part order , then I again wrote a mail to the Samsung support ceo on ** july , his team again call me and told me to take more time to repair, it’s almost ** days & still my machine not working, we r give our clothes for washing at laundry ,and the charges for washing clothes is approx *** per day, now who will pay my loss, i am totally inTrouble I m attached all evidence, help me to solve this problem
