Samsung - Samsung TV model fraud

Krunal Dhabuwala filed complaint against Samsung on May 30, 2021

I have bought AUE** samsung ** inch tv. It is mention on samsung company web site that this model suport google assistant & alexa. If you chat with samsung product expert on samsung web site then also they will confirm that model suport google assistant & alexa.
screen shot of specification is attached For reference.
But the same product i receive is not supporting these both features.
I made complaint to all possible way to samsung all dept. but they are not giving solution.
It is fraud by samsung that they mention some features on website & actual product does not have those features.
